Statewide - Since its founding in 1997, l'Uvaggio di Giacomo has been dedicated to producing wines from lesser known and greatly underappreciated Italian grape varieties grown in California. Beginning with the 2005 vintage under their 'Uvaggio' label, they have committed to becoming even slower, more local and much greener - focusing on an eclectic and differentiated array of wines offering to the consumer balance, flavor, style, value and most importantly - food affinity.
