Chloe Beard brings a diverse range of skills to Springboard Wine Company,
from her very first job as a typist and graphic designer for an independently
owned magazine to seven years of experience as the owner of a successful Sonoma
County restaurant. Chloe has always been excited and challenged by crafting
systems of organization, researching and implementing technological solutions,
incorporating creativity through graphic design and logo development, refining
customer service techniques and more.
Chloe learned the value of high standards and a strong work ethic, growing up with parents who ran their own small business, All through college, Chloe supported herself working in restaurants, high traffic coffee shops, and at Annex Art Galleries where she helped develop the company's first website and set up organizational systems for new data.
Chloe received her Bachelor in Fine Arts from Dominican University in 1999. Shortly after graduating, Chloe met her husband and joined him in designing, building and running Lucy's Restaurant & Bar. This was her first real opportunity to implement and focus all her organizational, technological, creative, and customer service experience in one place. As owner she managed the restaurant office, front staff, wine purchasing, staff training, and customer service.
Now the mother of two (completely wild and wacky) sons Chloe brings her life experiences to Springboard Wine Co. She strives to be calm, creative, passionate, hard working and is very excited to join her two sisters as part of the Springboard team in promoting and supporting small, dedicated, family wine businesses.
