We didn't need Cabernet, and we didn't want Cabernet. We almost said no, without tasting the wines....and that my friends would have been a world class tragedy! Stone Edge Farm is new to the fancy wine market, and they have come out swinging like a prize fighter. This inaugural release is quite simply a 'must try'. Their deep commitment to quality and their insistence on doing everything the right way, no matter how difficult or costly, can be captured in every sip. The response so far has been overwhelming. The wines are categorically delicious, and the project is inspiring. I think we all need to put our hands together and get up off our backsides for this newcomer.
