In a world where Cabernet is King, Blackbird Vineyards have had the epic-like gumption to say, "Not here, not on this vineyard. What sings here on this particular plot of land is Merlot." That is the kind of bold, and slightly rash behavior that fits perfectly with our business model! In all honesty these courageous folks really make Merlot at its absolute best. And, the only way to truly understand the validity of that statement is to try it for yourself. I am in awe, every time.
